I design and deploy AI systems inside companies.

I work inside the business to understand how work actually happens, then turn it into useful systems: a shared company brain for the team, autonomous agents for defined workflows, or both.

What I build

Company brains. One shared AI agent that gives the team access to company knowledge, connected tools, and repeatable skills through Slack or Discord. It works with people. It gives everyone a practical way to use AI in the work they already do.

Autonomous systems. Agents that run a defined workflow from a trigger, use the right tools, and bring a human in when judgment or approval is needed. The workflow comes first. The automation comes after.

My biggest strength is closing the gap between the founder's business goals and the work on the ground. I can sit with the founder to understand the direction, then work with the teams, learn their systems, and build the technical solutions that multiply productivity or automate a complete department. .

Examples of systems I have built

These are here to give you an idea of what can be built. They are not fixed products. The right system depends on the company, the team, and the problem.

Ecommerce group · 40 to 50 people Live

A shared company brain

One system the whole team reaches from Slack and Discord, holding the company's knowledge, connected to around 55 tools, and learning reusable skills from the work.

Home goods brand · 10 markets Live

A purchase-order allocation system

Every customer order line matched to real incoming supply, so a brand selling on preorder can keep its promises honest.

Consumer brands · two markets Live

A customer support system

It reads the ticket, checks the procedures, looks up the order, and writes the reply. A human approves before a customer sees anything.

Who I work best with

Usually an eight-figure company, with enough people, tools, and repeated work for a good system to matter
A founder with a clear ambition, or the willingness to clarify it with me
A team that communicates openly and wants to implement, test, and move quickly
Ecommerce is the strongest fit, but other innovative companies can work when I can learn how the business operates

Learn with me

I share the inside view of this work as I go: what I build, what breaks, and what I learn from deploying these systems inside real companies. Everything below is free.

Notes from inside the work

I write about the systems I'm building, what is working, and what I got wrong. No fixed schedule. Just an email when I have something useful to share.
