By accessing or using the services provided by Stéphane Franceschini (SIRET: 88275125800022), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

We provide web development, software consulting, and related digital services. All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
3. USER OBLIGATIONS
You agree to provide accurate information and use our services in compliance with applicable laws.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise specified, all work product and deliverables remain the property of the respective parties as outlined in individual project agreements.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms are specified in individual contracts or invoices. Late payments may incur fees as permitted by law.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stéphane Franceschini shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
7. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination does not affect payment obligations for services already rendered.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France.
9. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
